Application form can be downloaded from STS website via intranet (https://sts.cmdo.um.edu.mo/request-forms/), the form can also be obtained at STS office.
The following documents must be submitted:
- A completed application form, and determine the parking fee to be deducted from payroll or to be paid by cash;
- Copy of monthly pass holder’s valid driving licence;
- Copy of vehicle registration;
- Copy of property registration (for light vehicle only);
- If the vehicle is not owned by the applicant, the applicant should submit the “Declaration” – Vehicle for Personal Use.
Applicant can send the completed application form and the required documents to STS email (email@example.com) by using UM email, or applicant can submit the documents to STS office.
Application is placed on waiting list in sequence of submission and monthly pass is issued accordingly.
Applicant will be informed to collect the monthly pass and to make payment accordingly. Monthly pass is charged in accordance to 《UM Parking Management Rules》. All paid/ pre-paid parking fee and administrative fee is non-refundable.
Payment has to be made before the first day of each month, otherwise the monthly pass will become invalid once upon its expiry. Staff, who choose to deduct parking fee from their monthly salary, is not subject to this limit.
Location for monthly pass renewal: Room 3019, 3/F, Administration Building (N6), UM (Security and Transport Section).
Office hours for handling monthly pass renewal:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:45
- Fridays: 09:00 -13:00 and 14:00 – 17:30
If staff would like to cancel the monthly pass, please return the monthly pass to the office of Security and Transport Section.
